The Story: I think this photo's story is helpful people, giving out food to the homeless. I can tell because there is people giving out food to others, i say homeless because usually people give food to homeless.
Action And Emotion: I chose this photo for action and emotion because, for the action there is water floating everywhere, and emotion because the teacher and girl seems really happy and excited.
Filling The Frame: I think the frame is filled because all students are in this photo they are filling in the photo.
